asked the Minister of Transport what amount was collected at the Sandwich, Kent, toll-bridge during 1950.

I am informed by the Sandwich Borough Council that the gross takings at this bridge for the calendar year 1950 were £13,698 1s. 5½d., this amount being subject to deduction of various expenses and Income Tax being payable on the balance. I am told that the toll has not been increased since 1905.
