Mr. Perkinsasked the Minister of Local Government and Planning whether he has considered the request received from the Stroud, Gloucestershire, Rural District Council for permission to complete the 2nd Section of their council house site at Stonehouse, involving the erection of some hundred dwellings plus eight shops, and an application for permission to allocate 40 private-enterprise licences; and whether he will grant these applications in the near future.
§ Mr. LindgrenThis scheme constitutes the council's housing programme for 1952, and is now being considered together, with the programmes of the other local authorities in the region.
