HC Deb 02 August 1951 vol 491 c226W
Colonel Clarke

asked the Honourable Member for Gloucestershire, West, as representing the Charity Commission, if he is aware that since October, 1950, when the trustees of the Price Charity at Blackham, Sussex, asked for the earliest possible reply to their letter of 19th January, 1950, embodying a new scheme, no answer has yet been received; and if he will endeavour to expedite the matter.

Mr. M. Philips Price

It is regretted that there has been so much delay. The draft scheme has now been sent to the rector. Every effort will be made to bring the scheme into effect at the earliest possible moment having regard to the statutory requirements.
