§ Mr. GaitskellClause 36 is not designed to interfere with copital investment in Colonial Territories or elsewhere. In the case of companies wishing to transfer their control and management to Colonial Territories, and where no question of tax evasion arises, I am certain that the Advisory Panel will pay particular attention to development in the Colonies, and I certainly shall.
