§ Dr. SummerskillThere are no special rules about difficulties arising from lack of accommodation, nor are these difficulties in any way peculiar to seasonal workers. The hon. Member's Question could only be answered in the light of the facts of a particular case and so far no case of this kind has come before the National Insurance Commissioner.
