§ Mr. StokesThe Festival of Britain covers the whole of Great Britain. At this juncture, with only a few days to go before the opening, I am not prepared to divert the energies of the Festival office staff to getting out the quantities of steel used for the official and unofficial events being planned for the Festival all over the country.
