§ Mr. T. FraserFour small burghs have refused all or part of the allocations made to them in January. Their refusals involve 58 houses. Four small burghs have not yet finally accepted their allocations, which amount to 48 houses. Schemes covering houses allocated in January are still in the preliminary stages and none has yet been completed.
