Smithersasked the Minister of Supply if his attention has been called to the Report of a Congressional Committee of the United States of America entitled 129W "Soviet Atomic Espionage," particulars of which have been sent to him; and, in view of the fact that some of the persons involved are employed by His Majesty's Government, what steps he is taking to collaborate with the Government of the United States of America in tightening up the control of persons engaged in this secret work.
