§ 91. Mr. H. Hyndasked the Minister of Education whether he will issue a direction to the Middlesex County Council in connection with their decision to refuse employment to certain school teachers on political grounds.
§ Mr. TomlinsonI told representatives of the Middlesex local education authority last December that I regretted the authority's decision and that I should have to take action if as a consequence of it the educational service was, or appeared likely to be, disrupted. Such a situation has not arisen.
