§ Mr. RhodesThe corrigendum to S.I. 1951, No. 400, was issued on 29th March, 1951, to rectify a printer's error in the published copies. As regards the second part of the Question, as the hon. Member was informed on 6th July, 1948, by my right hon. Friend the then Financial Secretary to the Treasury, the dating of corrigendum slips is unnecessary and might lead to confusion since it might be assumed that the date of the slip was the date of the Order.
