§ 85. Mr. Cuthbertasked the Secretary of State for War if he is aware that the latest Army Order, dated 1st April, cancelling all acting rank pay for officers, is a deterrent to young and keen men and may affect their continuing in Army service; and if he will take steps to see that this order is modified.
