§ Mr. BarnesAs I have already informed the hon. Member, those consulted were the interested Government Departments and the Royal National Lifeboat Institution. No yachting organisations were consulted. The Working Party, when making their proposals for the reorganisation of the Coastguard, had prominently in mind the safety of the yachtsmen and other users of small craft.
