§ The Attorney-GeneralThe estimated cost of publishing the complete evidence submitted to the Leasehold Committee is approximately £1,200, and of publishing the part of the evidence submitted by Government Departments which is against leasehold enfranchisement is approximately £35. It would, of course, not be possible to publish only a part of the evidence; either the whole should be published or nothing at all, and I have already given my reasons against publishing the whole evidence in the reply which I gave to my hon. Friend the Member for Aberdare (Mr. D. Thomas) on 24th July.
