§ Mr. P. Smithersasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies what arrangements have been made for the views of Colonial Governments to be expressed at the Torquay Conference on Trade and Tariffs.
Mr. DugdaleThe Colonial Governments were consulted in advance of the Conference, and their views will be ascertained during the course of the Conference on any matters which arise which may appear to affect the interests of any of the Colonies.
