§ Dr. SummerskillUnder the Contributory Pensions Acts the date of entry into old age insurance is the same for all old age pension purposes. It is the commencing date of the period of insurance which is current when pensionable age is410W reached. This is based on the decisions of the independent referees appointed to decide questions under the Acts.
