Mr. T. WilliamsAs change of ownership in itself does not add to the reserve of standing timber, it is the policy of the Forestry Commission to restrict purchases of standing timber. Relatively small blocks of standing timber may, however, be purchased when it is impracticable to exclude them from purchases of plantable land.
