§ Mr. ShinwellThis is a matter which is being closely studied by the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation and I would refer the hon. and gallant Member to the statement I made during the Defence Debate on 14th September. With regard to the last part of the Question, I can assure the House that plans are being concerted with our Allies, but it would clearly not be in the interests of security for me to say more than that.
