§ Mr. W. EdwardsIn answer to the first part of the Question, I have nothing to add to the statement which my right hon. Friend the Prime Minister made on this subject on 24th July last. As already announced to the House, the Board of Inquiry which was appointed to investigate this matter has now presented its final report but it is not the intention to publish it. As regards the second part of the Question, it would not be in the public interest to disclose the measures which have been taken to improve the security of Admiralty establishments.
