§ Mr. Ecclesasked the Minister of Health the number of houses for which applications have been made for reconditioning grants under Sections 15–36 of the Housing Act, 1949; how many of those applications have been granted; and how many refused.
§ Mr. BevanApplications in respect of 1,878 dwellings have been received. Grant has been approved for 333 and336W refused for 513. The applications in regard to the remaining 1,032 are under consideration or have been withdrawn.
