§ 99. Mr. Bevinsasked the Minister of Labour what is the liability for military service in any future emergency of men now over 26 years of age who were reserved in the 1939–45 war and are not now reserved; and how such liability differs from that of Class Z reservists.
§ Mr. IsaacsMen who were reserved in the last war and are now over 26 years of age are not liable under existing law to be called up in an emergency unless they are at the time in the Reserve or Auxiliary Forces. Members of the Class Z Reserve are liable to recall.
