WilsonFrom time to time the method of allocation of glycerine to the paint and allied industries has been reconsidered in consultation with representatives of the paint and synthetic resin industries. The basis of allocation was amended in the last quarter of 1949. I am prepared to consider any proposals put forward by these industries for improving the present system.
