§ 25. Sir J. Mellorasked the Minister of Supply in what form he has published his Order under Section 11 (i) of the Iron and Steel Act, 1949, postponing the vesting date.
§ Mr. G. R. StraussA copy of the Order was sent on 9th October to each of the companies remaining in the Third Schedule to the Iron and Steel Act and copies were also circulated to the Press on the same date. It was published in the London and Edinburgh Gazettes on 13th October, 1950.
