Darlingasked the Secretary of State for Scotland on what authority the Secretary of the British Wool Marketing Board informed Scottish Wool Growers (Registered Producers) that in connection with Form BWMB/3 they will be liable, under certain circumstances, to imprisonment or a fine or both.
Mr. McNeilThe authority in question is contained in the British Wool Marketing Scheme as approved by Parliament in terms of the Agricultural Marketing Acts, 1931 to 1949.
