§ 91. Mr. Peter Freemanasked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Civil Aviation whether he has now received the report on the aeroplane accident which took place near Llandow in July when 80 persons lost their lives; and whether he has any further statement to make on the matter.
§ Mr. BeswickMy noble Friend has received the report but, in accordance with the terms of his memorandum contained in Command 7564, the report will not be published until the legal proceedings against the operators of the aircraft involved in the accident have been completed.
