§ 31. Brigadier Raynerasked the Secretary of State for War what special equipment is to be provided for our troops in Korea in view of a probable winter campaign.
§ Mr. StracheyThe British troops in Korea are being provided with cold weather clothing including, as necessary, special boots, leather jerkins and kapok coats and sleeping bags. They will have an ample stock of oil heating stoves. Snow camouflage equipment is also being provided. I inspected this equipment before 29 Brigade Group left.
