§ Mr. JayI regret that Forms L.39 were issued inadvertently in these instances. There is no record of the number so issued, but the forms have now been withdrawn. Form C.V.121 is issuable in different circumstances from L.39 and under distinct Regulations. No question of substitution or of making a comparable contribution in respect of professional charges arises.
