asked the Minister of Education when he expects to receive the recommendations of the Burnham Committee.

I have no doubt that when the Burnham Committee have finally agreed their recommendations, such recommendations will be submitted to me without unnecessary delay, but I cannot say when the Committee will have reached this stage.
