§ Mr. W. J. EdwardsYes. The numbers and grades of skilled craftsmen required in all His Majesty's Dockyards have been notified to the Ministry of Labour and National Service and the vacancies accorded first preference. Action has also been taken to stimulate the recruitment of craft apprentices.
