Mr. Llewellyn

asked the Minister of Works what private accommodation will be derequisitioned when the staffs of Government departments move into the new office block now under the course of construction in Cathays Park, Cardiff.

The private accommodation to be derequisitioned is:

Houses

  • 73, Cardiff Road, Llandaff.
  • Birchwood Grange, Cardiff.
  • 4, Park Grove, Cardiff.
  • 4, Museum Place, Cardiff.

Offices

  • Andrews Buildings, Cardiff.
  • University premises and other houses held on short tenancies will also be released.
