§ 77. Mrs. Mannasked the President of the Board of Trade if he is aware that 373,533 pairs of British nylons imported from Gibraltar have been intercepted for payment of Purchase Tax since March; and what progress he has made in his endeavour to bring to an end the practice of exporting nylon stockings to Gibraltar for the purpose of re-importing them into this country.
