§ Mr. GaitskellEstimates of wages and salaries and on dividends and interest paid by companies and public enterprises were given for 1948 and 1949 in Tables 5 and 16 respectively of the last National Income White Paper (Cmd. 7933). Corresponding figures for 1950 will be given in the next National Income White Paper.
