§ Mr. Ness EdwardsOn 30th September, 1950, there were 466 outstanding applications, of which 311 had been waiting for over 12 months. In several parts of the county additional exchange equipment and line plant will be provided in the next two years, but with continuing restrictions on our capital resources I regret that I cannot say when it will be possible to overtake arrears.
