26. Lieut.-Commander Clark Hutchisonasked the Secretary of State for Scotland whether it is intended to introduce a separate Bill dealing with river pollution in Scotland.
Mr. McNeilI propose to have consultations with the interests concerned after a Report on this subject which I have just received from the Scottish Water Advisory Committee has been published. I shall consider the question of legislation in the light of these consultations.
