§ Mr. Greyasked the Minister of Education if he is aware that, owing to the inadequacy of accommodation in grammar schools, many capable children are denied the benefits of a grammar school education, and that the curriculum of the secondary modern school is not yet an adequate substitute; and if he will, pending the establishment of the comprehensive school, consider building more grammar schools to meet this emergency.
