§ Mr. IsaacsSince August, 1945, about 8+ million wage-earners have had their normal weekly working hours reduced by about three hours on the average. Similar information is not available of the number of wage-earners who have been granted holidays with pay since that date or of the number of hours per annum for which payment is made.
