Hyndasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether the proposed conference to control the inter-territorial Secretariat for Southern and Northern Rhodesia and Nyasaland will deal with political questions or whether the inter-territorial co-operation will be confined to purely technical matters.
§ Mr. J. GriffithsThe proposed conference is designed to facilitate discussion and co-operation on all matters of common interest to the three territories. It will be a consultative body and will have no executive authority.
