§ Mr. J. GriffithsIt is my intention to see as much of conditions in Malaya as time will permit. In addition to visits to various States and Settlements, and talks with the conference of rulers and other authorities, the arrangements contemplated in the Federation include visits to rubber estates and tin mines and meetings with the planting and mining community.
