Glynasked the Minister of Agriculture whether, in view of the recommendations of the Committee set up to inquire into Poaching and Illegal Fishing for Salmon and Trout in Scotland, he will, in consultation with the Secretary of State for Scotland, consider reviving the Salmon Fisheries (Scotland) Bill, 1938, and increasing the scope and terms of that Measure to cover salmon rivers in the rest of the United Kingdom at well.
