§ Mr. Ian Harveyasked the Secretary of State for War if he will take steps to develop the idea of Army Day; if he will give directions for units of the Territorial Army to be included in these proceedings; and if he will promote the co-operation of local authorities, trades unions and industrial organisations and also arrange for greater publicity to he given to the event than heretofore.
