Mr. T. WilliamsSo far as I am aware the Sawyer trap is the only trap designed on humane principles which is available in any quantity. The results of trials recently carried out with it by officers of my Department were not very satisfactory, and further trials with the trap and with a re-designed version of it are to be undertaken next month.
