§ 111. Mr. Llewellynasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether, on occasions when Communist demonstrations are expected in Whitehall, he will arrange for a sufficiently strong guard to be posted near the Cenotaph to prevent the desecration of the National War Memorial.
§ Mr. EdePolice dispositions are a matter for the Commissioner of Police who informs me that in future every possible step will be taken to prevent disorder at the Cenotaph.
