§ 97. Mr. Summersasked the Secretary of State for War if he will amend the arrangements at present in force affecting those in the Royal Army Reserve of Officers willing and anxious to do an attachment to a Regular unit, in such a way as will eliminate the expense necessarily incurred under the present arrangements.
