§ The Attorney-GeneralAs I stated in reply to a written Question by the hon. Member for Canterbury (Mr. Baker White) on 18th April, it is hoped to bring into force on 1st October that part of the Legal Aid and Advice Act which has not been deferred and, before that date, to provide the public with full information as to how to apply for legal assistance in the classes of litigation which the provisions of the Act will then cover.
