I am satisfied that the National Coal Board are pursuing a progressive policy for the education and training of their employees.4W Arrangements have been or are being made by the divisional boards to provide courses like those previously given at the Nuneaton Staff College. Some boards have already arranged courses on industrial relationships for the secretaries of colliery consultative committees.
