Noel-BakerThe Southern Electricity Consultative Council, which was set up in February, 1949, meets once in two months, usually in Reading, although sometimes meetings have been held in other centres. Full information on the Council's work is given to the Press, and representatives of the Press are invited to attend its meetings. Information about its work is also available in the local offices of the Area Board.
