§ Mr. BarnesThe Festival authorities have been responsible for choosing the places where the " Campania " should be accommodated or docked, after checking with my Department where the ship can berth and that there is suitable means of access for the public. I am informed that in Scotland this light aircraft carrier can be conveniently accommodated or docked alongside only at Dundee and Glasgow, with the possible addition of Grangemouth and Greenock at certain times and under certain conditions.
