Mr. Turtonasked the Minister of Agriculture from what date the proposed extension of the marginal production scheme for the purpose of assisting producers in the purchase of feedingstuffs will operate; what is the maximum amount of assistance that will be granted to any one applicant; and what conditions it will be necessary for the applicant to satisfy before he can qualify for this grant.
