§ Mr. Noel-BakerThe United Kingdom Liaison Mission in Japan have consistently urged the Supreme Commander, Allied Powers, to take as much crude oil as practicable from sources under British Control. One United Kingdom controlled company is, however, delivering sterling crude oil to Japan under a contract made with a Japanese refinery.
