§ 84. Mr. Errollasked the Minister of Labour what progress is being made in the implementation of the recommendations contained in the Report of the Joint Advisory Committee on Conditions in Iron Foundries, published in 1947.
§ Mr. IsaacsThe recommendations were numerous and detailed, so that the progress made cannot be briefly described. I would, however, refer the hon. Member to the account given on pages 15 to 23 of the Annual Report of the Chief Inspector of Factories for 1948, of which I am sending him a copy. As regards subsequent further progress, I have no doubt that some account will be included in the Chief Inspector's next Annual Report.
