§ Mr. Ness EdwardsSpecial attention has been given to the service at Clissold exchange, on both technical and operating sides, and there has been a steady and continuous improvement during the last 12 months. This is an old type manual exchange. The position is still being closely watched and no effort is being spared to eliminate cause for complaint.
